Since **Third Party Product** is already paid for and does allow desktop sharing, there is no real need to pay extra for TeamViewer. Our support staff is swtiching more and more to ad-hoc **Third Party Product** meetings for standard user support. This capability is unique among competing software solutions. But the effort to maintain such a completely unsupported environment is huge and would not be necessary if TeamViewer would offer a native 64bit Host or QuickSupport client.
